"reading"

A child with strong language abilities has a huge advantage in life because language supports both academic and social success. It is through language that we acquire knowledge, exchange information and share ideas with one another quickly.

When language foundations are strong, reading and comprehension become more effortless. While language development comes naturally, reading is a learned skill which is built upon this innate ability. Language allows us to communicate and connect socially, enabling a person to understand another in a  deeper manner.

Join us at this webinar as we explore these questions.

How does a young child develop language?

Are there certain preconditions in the brain that support language development?

How does language development affect reading and overall learning?

Most importantly, what are the things parents and educators can do to support your child’s language development?

Attend this webinar to:

  • Understand how language develops in the brain
  • Uncover the relationship between language, reading and learning in the brain
  • Take home brain-based strategies to help your children develop solid language and reading foundations
