  • Learn why some people succeed in managing their negative emotions but others don’t
  • Uncover what it takes to build stronger resilient pathways in the brain
  • Take home 3 research-based strategies to help your learner (and yourself) build a more resilient brain

The increasing pace of our modern lifestyle, coupled with the high demands from school, work and even home, have put a tremendous strain on our mental health. With the COVID-19 pandemic, unpredictability and uncertainties have become the norm, adding further burden to our emotional systems and our ability to cope.

Gain the latest insights on how stress affects our brain, and more importantly, how to help ourselves and our learners develop better emotional regulation abilities and stronger resilience. We can never completely shield our children and students from challenging life circumstances, but we can help them nurture more resilient brains which bounce back faster and stronger in the face of adversities.
