Brain fitness refers to cognitive skills such as memory, attention span and processing speed, all critical in helping students learn and master content effectively. In addition, a fit brain also possesses a growth mindset, good impulse control and emotional regulation skills, enabling the student to sustain motivation and thrive socially.

Over the past few years, BrainFit® has successfully integrated brain fitness development into the classroom curriculum of schools from different countries. Our goal is to help schools nurture fitter brains in their students so that teachers’ teaching can be optimised and students’ performance can be elevated.

Attend this webinar to:

  • Uncover how schools have successfully integrated brain fitness development into the classroom curriculum
  • Learn about a whole-brain training approach involving physical exercises (brain breaks), mental exercises and emotional coaching which can be applied in the classroom
  • Understand how information on students’ cognitive profiles can be used to enhance teachers’ classroom management
