“We have learned more about the brain in the past 5 years than in all of human history combined”
– Dr. Eric Kandel, Nobel Laureate in Medicine, 2010
Variations in learning abilities exist due to differences in how our brains process information. Imagine different regions of the brain like cities, connected by roads. If these roads are superhighways, traffic moves rapidly and smoothly from one city to another, helping us to learn quickly and perform well.
Learn about the latest neuroscience research on how these “roads” can be paved into superhighways to accelerate learning in our students.
Attend this webinar to:
• Understand why learners differ so greatly in their abilities to learn and perform.
• Gain new insights into our brain and how it affects learning and classroom behaviours.
• Learn about neuroplasticity or the ability of our brain to rewire through life.
• Take home 3 brain-based strategies to enhance learning in students
Suitable for: School administrators, teachers, counselors, psychologists, allied educators, therapists, parents or anyone interested in the learning brain.
